Carl Louis Starosciak, 78, of Billerica, MA, passed away Wednesday February 18, 2026, at Lahey Medical Center in Burlington, MA. Carl was born June 12, 1947, in Fall River, MA and was the son of the late Raymond and Doris (St. Onge) Starosciak. He was raised and educated in Malden, MA. He lived for many years in Derry, and Kingston, NH. He relocated to Billerica two years ago, to be close to family.

Carl served his country during the Vietnam War, as a member of the U.S. Marine Corps. After returning home, he became an HVAC Technician and spent over 15 years with the Town of Andover, MA. He was very involved in the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was Past Commander of both Post 1617 of Derry and Post 1088 of Kingston, NH. He was a proud VFW member and Vietnam Veteran. Carl also loved his "Grand Dogs”.

Members of the family include his son and his wife, Keith C. & Shelly Starosciak, his daughter and her husband, Erica and David Miguel, three grandchildren, Trevor Miguel-Cote, Aubrey Moore, and August Caron, sister, Connie Metcalf and her husband Ron. Carl was predeceased by his long-time companion Theresa I. "Dee” Glidden in 2025.
